Titled All Time Classics, this expertly devised menu by Marco Sangion (bar manager) and Federico Pasian (head mixologist) features 10 bottled cocktails, served by the glass or bottle ideal for groups to share inspired by iconic artists and songs. The serves are presented in an upcycled wine bottle, in keeping with our focus on sustainability, and each with its own uniquely designed label.
Every concoction created for the menu is a twist on the most iconic classic cocktails.

Money (Sipsmith VJOP, Mancino Sakura, China Town Cordial)
Somebody to Love (Mancino Rosso, Fernet Branca, Islay Whisky, Orange Soda)
Caruso (Peter in Florence Gin, Wild Fennel, Vermouth Bianco Di Prato, white Bitter, Olive)
Sex Machine (Johnny Walker Black, Tawny Port, Cherry & Chocolate, Fernet)
My Way (Bulleit Bourbon, Rhubarb and Bitters, Mancino Rosso)
A delicious array of bar snacks created by Executive Chef Nuno Goncalves, are also available to order by those residing at the Q Bar.
Guests can pre-book seats at the Q Bar to enjoy the Q Bar Menu alongside great views of the live music, from £25 per person which will include two cocktails and a bar snack.
The new menu will be available at Quaglino’s from Tuesday 5th March 2019 and bookable every Tuesday – Friday from 7pm.
