From 10th November to 31st December Quaglinos will be collaborating with Makers Mark to unveil our very own Private Select designed by the world-famous Quaglino’s team.
The Maker’s Mark collaboration with Quaglino’s is the winter warmer that we will all be craving, with the unveiling of our Maker’s Mark Private Select bourbon: a unique blend crafted by Maker’s Mark and the Quaglino’s bar team exclusively for D&D.
Introduced in 2015, the wood-finishing series allows retailers, bars, and restaurants to explore new, unique expressions of their signature whisky by adding 10 custom wood finishing staves to each barrel. The finishing staves can be any combination of five flavour profiles. Quaglino’s is the only Private Select bourbon in the UK to use all five staves in the barrel ageing process and is the last selection in the UK to use the Mocha stave.
A finished creation that is perfectly balanced and incredibly versatile, guests can enjoy the exclusive bourbon throughout the winter season at Quaglino’s neat on its own and savor the unmistakable expression of Maker’s Mark with a whole new dimension of flavour, or experienced as part of a dedicated cocktail menu. With three to choose from, each has been expertly crafted by the team to ‘pronounce’ a favourite flavour profile.
