Taking it back to the 1920s in Week 2 of Q Decades, join us at Quaglino’s on Friday 13th July and immerse yourself in Roaring Twenties glamour!
Kick start the weekend with an evening of delicious dining and live 1920s music from the amazing Speakeasy Band, performing live from 9:00pm-00:20am. Put on your best silk suit or flapper dress and join us for an evening of mingling, dancing, and drinking the night away. In other words, the ‘bees knees’, the ‘cat’s meow’, and basically just a rather ‘ducky’ night!
Dine from our A La Carte menu or enjoy our Set Menu options:
Alcohol may have been hard to come by in the 1920s, but it was still around and our Q Decades cocktail, Grand Opening, is the perfect tipple to enjoy before or after your meal!
Advanced booking recommended.
A throwback to the hedonistic age of Prohibition, underground gin clubs and flappers of the 1920s and 30s, Speakeasy started off as a straight-up, traditional 9-piece swing band – but they quickly evolved into an ‘electro-swing’ band, skilfully weaving in elements of electronica and dance music to give vintage songs a fresh, modern makeover – and modern day songs the vintage treatment. With big horns and a varied set list that ranges from old swing classics like Jump, Jive & Wail and Minnie the Moocher to retro-inspired modern hits like We No Speak Americano, Speakeasy are a nod to the past with a thoroughly 21st-century twist!
