‘Judith is a cocktail born from the union of “Tiki” style and Women.It connects the red passion colour to a refreshing taste,slightly spicy perfectly balanced withl ‘Hechiera’ Rum.When I was on holiday, I met this woman with a lovely flower necklace(which reminds me the tiki style)on the seaside.I started to talk to her and her name was Judith.
From there I had the idea to encase the experience with that charming woman in a cocktail and Judith cocktail was born’.
Ingredients
45 ml Hechicera Rum
20 ml lemongrass/ginger cordia
25 ml lime juice
45 ml orange juice
45 ml pineapple juice
5 ml Pernod absinthe
1 lemongrass muddle
Glass: sling
Garnish: red colour inside the
glass,3 pineapple leaves,Lemongrass,Dry orange.
Method: muddle and shake.
