We’re delighted to welcome British chef and TV personality, Matt Tebbutt – a familiar face from BBC’s Saturday Kitchen – as the next guest in our Chef Series.

To kick off the Easter Bank Holiday weekend, Matt will present a three-course menu, crafted alongside Executive Chef Jack Smith. The menu celebrates hearty British cuisine and the arrival of spring, featuring rich, seasonal ingredients and Quaglino’s signature flair.

The ‘Voice of Luxury Gin’ Cygnet is infused into the menu and perfect for sipping throughout the evening. Guests dining from Matt’s menu will be treated to a complimentary Cygnet 22 on the rocks, adding a further special touch.

The evening’s entertainment will feature the soulful swing of Martin John and his five-piece band. Hailed as one of the UK’s finest jazz and swing vocalists, Martin brings a fresh take to the Great American Songbook.
