Join us this long Easter weekend to indulge in our specially created Easter cocktails. Our talented Bar team have been working hard on creating a selection of innovative cocktails for you to enjoy and help you kick off the lovely, long weekend.
Indulge in an ‘Easter House Punch’; Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum, Henessy Fine de Cognac and Crème de Peche. Served long over ice with grated Nutmeg on top, or an ‘Italian Man in New York’; a luxurious combination of Italian’s Bitters and American’s Bourbon, Maker’s Mark shaken with Amaro Montenegro and Aperol, completed with Orange Peal. Perhaps you’d prefer an aptly named ‘Chocolate Bunny’; a delicious creation consisting of Remy Martin VSOP stirred with Strega Liqueur, Pernod and chocolate Bitter. Sweet! Finally we have our ‘Hopping Rabbit’ ; Tequila Patron Reposado and pink Grapefruit juice stirred with Rose syrup and freshly muddled Raspberries.
