Following the success of our inaugural photography exhibition with Roger Mavity, Quaglino’s is collaborating with a number of established photographers for 2012. Since we first opened in 1929, Quaglino’s has always been synonymous with risqué glamour and fashionable trends and we look forward to bringing you a number of fresh and striking images to enjoy within the atmosphere of Quaglino’s. The works on display will change regularly and will come from a range of photographers – from established names to up and coming new talent.
In this spirit we are delighted to announce the launch of our new photography exhibition from Marc Rogoff who will be showcasing a series of images for all to view from 25 January until 20 March. Marc’s vision is driven by contrast and drama which has helped establish him as a renowned photographer within the fashion and advertising worlds. His exhibition Augmented Reality is a collection of creative interpretations where he challenges the viewer’s perceptions by creating a heightened sense of the unreal, requiring the viewer to suspend their disbelief for a moment. There is often a narrative in Marc’s work that attempts to engage the viewer in an emotive sense and draw the eye through with questions beyond the frame.
